Our business model works on the basis that the fees we charge to our corporate clients are at a market rate for a video production company. However, our unique offering means that when a corporate client invests in our services, they are not only commissioning their own project, but are also partnering with us, enabling us to make future commissions more affordable for our voluntary and community sector clients. Essentially we pay some of your fee forward, without costing you more than market rate.

  • Not at all, we charge our corporate clients at market rate! We dedicate anything you’d class as profit from your commission towards helping voluntary and community sector organisations be able to afford our services.

  • We’re a CIC limited by guarantee. We set up ThroughFilm because we genuinely care about making a difference. We’ve set up so that our business costs are covered and we’re able to scale the company to make constant improvements and keep up with industry standards, and invest the rest towards our mission, because that’s what we care about. Any extra surplus we make gets pumped back into the needs of the community and voluntary sector, so when they approach us, we’re able to offer them an affordable solution.
