Hart Gables | LGBT Advance Training

“You’re getting to be part of changing things for the better.”

LGBT Advance is a training and consultancy project aimed at private and voluntary organisations, facilitated by the LGBT charity, Hart Gables.

Every pound raised through LGBT Advance goes directly back into Hart Gables, providing essential support to individuals living with poor mental health, those who are seeking asylum, and those who are living with physical and hidden disabilities. Many of their service users face the harsh realities of recurring hate crimes, discrimination, poverty, and social isolation.

The training covers topics such as inclusion in the workplace, creating a safe environment for LGBT Youth, and critical thinking, and is provided by people with lived experience.
